Return policy

Returns of unused and undamaged candles are accepted within 30 days of the purchase date. If your candle arrived damaged please get in touch so we can make it right.

Package your candle in the original packaging or other precautions to ensure that it returns undamaged. We cannot accept returns of candles that were damaged in transit back to us. 

Once you fill out a return form we will send you a shipping label via email. Print it off and stick it to the front of the package and take it to a U.S. post office branch. Please note that returns can only be sent through USPS. We recommend keeping the tracking number for your return. The shipping cost will be deducted from your return.

Once we have received your item, we will initiate a refund. Please allow at least seven days from our receipt of the return for the refund to be processed. Money will be sent to your original method of payment.
