  • Where do you ship to?

    Right now, we only offer shipping within the U.S. We use exclusively use the USPS to ship our products.

  • How much does shipping cost?

    Shipping costs are calculated at checkout. Orders over $100 get USPS ground shipping for free.

  • Do you offer local pickup?

    Yes! We love local pickup so you can get your candles sooner and make your order better for the environment. Select local pickup at checkout and follow the directions provided to schedule a local pickup time and place.

  • When will my candle be shipped?

    Our standard shipping method is USPS ground shipping, which can be delivered in two to five business days. If you need your package sooner, you can select other USPS shipping options at checkout. 

    We try to get all orders out the next day. Because we are a small business, there may be times when we’re unable to fulfill orders, returns, and exchanges as quickly as we would like. Generally, these periods will be announced on our website, but if you ever have any questions, don’t hesitate to contact us.

  • My candle arrived damaged, what do I do now?

    We do everything possible to ensure that our candles arrive in one piece, but sometimes the Postal Service or mother nature have other plans. If your candle arrived damaged, please submit a damages claim. Either a new candle will be shipped, or a full refund will be issued, including the cost of shipping.

  • Can I recycle the packaging?

    Yes! All our packaging is recyclable. Of course, check with your local recycling facilities to confirm what is accepted, but our packaging is uncoated and made of recyclable materials. You can even reuse your candle vessel when you’re done with it.

  • What is the return policy?

    We’re so sorry you’re unhappy with your purchase, and we would like to make it right! You can start a return of unused candles within 30 days of the purchase date.

    Package your candle in the original packaging or other precautions to ensure that it returns undamaged. We cannot accept returns of candles that were damaged in transit back to us. 

    We will send you a shipping label via email. Print it off and stick it to the front of the package and take it to a U.S. post office branch. Please note that returns can only be sent through USPS. We recommend keeping the tracking number for your return. The shipping cost will be deducted from your return.

    Once we have received your item, we will initiate a refund. Please allow at least seven days from our receipt of the return for the refund to be processed. Money will be sent to your original method of payment.

  • Do you offer wholesale?

    Yes, we would love to have our candles in your shop! Wholesale orders can be placed through our Faire store or by contacting us via the contact form.
